Nasal width and shape vary from person to person, so please follow the steps below rather than choosing a size based only on appearance, gender, height, or body type.

<img decoding="async" src="/wp-content/uploads/shopify/size-guide-01.jpg" alt="How to Choose the Right Gnasal Size? First-time users may notice a mild foreign-body sensation and can begin with shorter wearing periods before gradually increasing usage time.

If you continue to experience pain, pressure, rubbing, or frequent loosening, recheck the size and wearing angle.

Can Gnasal Be Adjusted?

Gnasal features an adjustable internal support design. Small, gradual adjustments can be made according to your nasal shape, nasal width, and wearing comfort.

Adjust the product gently. Avoid repeated excessive bending, pulling, twisting, or sharp-angle folding. Damage caused by improper use or excessive adjustment may affect warranty or after-sales service.

Size Exchange for Taiwan Orders

The following size exchange policy applies only to orders in Taiwan.
For international orders, please refer to the “International Orders & After-Sales Service” section below.

Customers in Taiwan may request one size exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if the original size is not suitable.

Size exchange and return/refund are separate after-sales services and cannot both be used for the same purchase. Round-trip shipping costs for a size exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

To request a size exchange, please contact Gnasal customer service first and provide the following information:

Purchase channel or platform

Order number

Name and contact information

Original size purchased

Size you would like to exchange for

After confirming your request, customer service will provide instructions for returning and exchanging the product. Please do not return the product before contacting customer service.

Please note: As Gnasal is a personal-use hygiene product, exchange eligibility may be affected if the product has been damaged through improper use, excessive adjustment, or other handling beyond normal fitting and trial use.

International Orders & After-Sales Service

Size exchange, return conditions, shipping costs, and after-sales procedures for international orders may vary depending on the destination country or region, sales platform, and shipping method. We will assist you according to the after-sales policy applicable to your order.

Gnasal Size FAQ

What If I Am Not Sure Which Size to Choose?

Complete Steps 1–4 above and compare your measurement with the S–XXL size chart. Because manual measurements can vary slightly, measuring 2–3 times may help you make a more reliable comparison. If you are still unsure, contact customer service before purchasing.

What If My Measurement Falls Between Two Sizes?

Nasal structure and comfort vary from person to person, so the size chart should be used as a reference. If your measurement is near the boundary between two sizes, consider both stability and comfort. You may also contact customer service before purchasing for assistance.

Is a Larger Gnasal Size Better?

No. Gnasal size should be selected according to your nasal structure and measurement result. A larger size is not necessarily better and may cause discomfort if it is not appropriate for your nasal cavity.

Is a Foreign-Body Sensation Normal the First Time I Wear Gnasal?

First-time users may need a short adjustment period. Start with shorter wearing periods and gradually increase usage according to your comfort level. If persistent pain or obvious discomfort occurs, stop using the product and recheck the size and fitting method.

Can Gnasal Be Adjusted in Width or Angle?

Yes. Gnasal features an adjustable internal support design that allows small adjustments according to individual nasal shape and comfort. Adjust gently and avoid excessive bending, pulling, twisting, or repeated deformation.

Can International Orders Use Taiwan’s One-Time Size Exchange Service?

Taiwan’s one-time size exchange policy does not automatically apply to international orders. International after-sales arrangements may vary by country/region, sales platform, and shipping method. Please contact customer service to confirm the policy applicable to your order.

Still Not Sure Which Gnasal Size Is Right for You?

If you are still unsure after measuring, please contact Gnasal customer service before purchasing and provide your measurement result and country/region.
