Order and shipping tracking

After ordering on the Gnasal website, you can check your order and shipping status in these ways.

1. Order confirmation and shipping emails

After you order, we send an order confirmation email. When it ships, we send a shipping email; if the delivery method has a tracking number, the email includes a tracking link. Please also check your spam folder.

2. Log in to see your orders

If you ordered with an account, log in and check each order’s status under “Orders”.

3. Convenience-store pickup (Taiwan)

With store pickup, the carrier notifies you when the parcel arrives at the store. Please watch for their message.

4. Can’t find your order?

Contact us by email, WhatsApp or LINE with your order number and name, and we’ll look it up.
